Momma's Birthday

While Tyler and Dad went snowmobiling for the day, the girls went tubing. It was a super fun day and beautiful weather!

And yes, I know that I am behind in my posts. But honestly, I haven't had anything to post about. I will get back into it soon.

Finally!

Got my camera back! Now I can get back on track with my blog...it was a nice little break while it lasted. But here is the long awaited triathlon photos! Reminder: 1/2 mile swim, 10 mile bike, 4 mile run. And Blogger puts the pictures in backwards, so start at the bottom and scroll up!

"Tri" it!

Hey Britt-remember that feeling?
Tomorrow is the triathlon I've been training for. I've done the "Beginner's Triathlon" before with Britt, but this time I'm doing the real thing. It consists of: 1/2 mile swim, 10 mile bike, and a 4 mile run. Let's hope I make it out alive.
Just to compare, the beginner's triathlon consisted of: 1/8 mile swim, 4 mile bike, and 1.5 mile run. That seems like a piece of cake now!
Anyway, I thought it would be fun to find the old pictures of me and Britt doing the triathlon in October of 2006.

The Blues

So remember that post of my worn out jeans? Well, I got new jeans! Yay! Now, let's see how long I can make these ones last. I only buy jeans if I ABSOLUTELY have to...because I HATE jean shopping. I literally tried on every style of jeans in the store and I was about to give up, when I found a pair that I missed and what do ya know? They fit. And they were on sale! Double bonus!

Catch Up

So I realized that I am actually a day behind on my posting because of the whole Sunday thing. So...the photo of the snow on my truck is actually "Monday's" post, and THIS photo is for "Sunday's" post. This is me and Amber walking to church, in the snow, lovely. I couldn't even open my eyes because I don't like snow in my eyes. Haha.

Sunday

I didn't get to post yesterday because the internet was down at the place I was staying for the weekend. But...Sunday morning we woke up to multiple inches of snow. Saturday was so sunny and "warm" that we were walking around without coats/jackets, and then it dumped a load of white, fluffy, cold stuff on us that night. Despite the snow, I had a really fun weekend with my roommates from last summer and I am excited to live with them again this summer! Thanks for letting me crash at your apartment guys! Love you!
