Memorial Day Weekend

So I wasn't planning on going home for the holiday weekend because I had a backpacking trip on Friday night and then my roommates and I were going to plan something fun to do in Rexburg. I wanted to go home, but I wanted to hang out with my roommates too. So the solution: bring my roommates home to Nampa with me. We had so much fun! I had to show those city girls what Idaho is really all about. They got a big taste of country that weekend!

We also roasted marshmallows, played with the dogs, BBQ'd hamburgers, and of course played cards with Chad and Britt. Mom loved my roommates and wants us to come back for Father's Day. Life is an adventure!

Livin' the Dream

I love my major. We went on two backpacking trips for my Basic Skills class and I had a blast!


Filtering water. This is probably the hardest I have ever worked for a bottle of water. Ridiculous.

I found a friend! This butterfly stayed on my arm for like 20 minutes.
